The common fix for this issue is to get used to resetting your tablet back to factory. It wipes out almost all of your issues which are app related. Specifically Google apps. Given the operating system of the device it often has difficulties running some apps and doesn't usually run apps in the background as newer devices do easily. This is not a Samsung it is a Mediatek device they are both a bit different in how they function.
