I turned the download off each day, so I could do some other things for a few hours, but I started it Friday night and it finished late Sunday night. But speed tests told us that download speeds available were running at 7. So what gives, Steam or Rockstar and, of course, the rest of you out there?

I am in San Antonio, Texas, until mid-January, and this is nowhere near the end of the world, what are these pathetically slow download speeds all about?
